Return & Exchange Policy

Items must be unused with tags still attached to be eligible for return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. Final Sale: All holiday, seasonal items, vintage pieces, furniture, and pillows are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, clearance items, custom orders, holiday/seasonal items, furniture, pillows and vintage pieces are not eligible for return.

 

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Timing: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Without Receipt: Items returned without a receipt but with tags still attached will be eligible for in-store credit at the current price.

 

Exchanges

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect. We will arrange for a replacement.
